Yes I feel like most of the value in the expanders is lost because you only want to hoard maybe 10% of the items you are able to store in there. I would much rather use guild storage or even mules. Maybe buy 1-2 but don’t go crazy just so you can store 30k mithril like the guy above me stated.
In Lion's Arch, Bian can be found near the sea. She's on a ledge overlooking the water and the giant lobster-shaped building on the western side of the city. You'll be able to find her easily because she's right next to the Marriner Plaque there. Once you've found Bian in all of the cities, the achievement will be complete!
It really isn't. You aren't going to pick up a new mmo and know exactly how the inventory/ecosystem/economy works in 10 seconds. This game has a ton of QoL features for managing/organizing immense amounts of loot in a few seconds. Give it some time and actually T to understand the game you are playing, you can do it.

In the bank, there is a tab below your stored items with a lock on it. Clicking it will bring up a display asking if you want to buy more bank space for, I believe 600 gems. Tip: You can check contents of your material storage from anywhere. Then type name of crafting material to show only recipes that use it. Recipes will show you how much of source material you have available - total of collections, bank and current character inventory. You need crafting leveled up enough to have recipes which require material

You should use (at most) 1 or 2 bags x character to carry alternative weapons, armors, runes, consumables, etc. The rest is space to temporaly carry loot for a few hours of gameplay, then sell/salvage and start again.The end goal is running in full legendary gear, and there's no reason to spent money in extra bags in inventory or in the bank.

Also, just think about how useful a shared inventory slot is. The bank contract is 30 shared inventory slots, bare minimum. That's 16,800 gems of value aka $210 aka 4112g, assuming you have ONE bank tab. Increase that value by 16800 gems/$210/4112g for every bank tab your account has. 2f7FBBw.
