Hiya Guys. I have a 2003 Mk4 VW Golf 1.6 16v with about 148000 on the clock. I have posted before detailing my rough idle problem but this was sorted by having the throttle body cleaned and reset. It was fine for around 250 miles and now seems to be back but strangely goes away with Odg: Golf 4 1.6 16v. Ma sa plinom sam zadovoljan.. Na pocetku je bilo malo variranja obrtaja na leru, ali se to resilo (svecice nove, klapna ciscena i kalibrisana).. Menjao sam i plinske dizne, ali to je zbog Nis-ovog plina sa dodatkom katrana.. Potrosnja zimi oko 7.5l, leti 8-10l (klima, 18-ke felne).. Have don some searching and I'm inquiring if any has taken a GTI 1.6 and swap on a 16V head on it. Nothing has popped up with any info on it in the search and would be an interesting little conversion. Posted April 16, 2004. The 'Emissions Workshop' warning light on my 1.6 16v '03 Golf keeps lighting up. At first, the warning light flashes whilst the engine is clearly misfiring, then after several minutes, the light will remain on and the engine will appear to run ok.
