Then set. echo "export QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=qt5ct" >> ~/.bash_profile (do not forget to restart your shell) Afterwards start qt5ct and choose 'Oxygen' as icon theme. Et voilà KDEConnect -> "Browse Device" was working. Share.

Brand new Pixel 6. Trying to get KDE Connect working. Worked fine on my Pixel 4a but now when I try to pair, the phone is able to see the computer and vice versa. When I pair though, it seems to work but immediately the Android app says "This paired device is not reachable."

KDE connect won't work in something like Flutter or Qt as so much of it relies on native system libraries. The codebase would have so much native stuff in it that you may as well go full native and get the benefits that native provides. 4. virteq.
Supported Windows OS versions. Windows 10-> Fully supported and tested by me Windows 8, 8.1-> Not Tested (should work though) Windows 7-> If using Windows 7. disable Notifications plugin or KDE Connect will crash. Illustrations
If you copy text to the clipboard in Windows, it should appear in the "Paste" on your phone, and vice-versa. Have someone call/text your phone, does Windows 11 show a notification? Then do the same phone test with the Steam Deck desktop mode. Being wired, you shouldn't be impacted by wireless isolation modes.
Hi, I'm new to all of this. I'm having issues with KDE Connect and was hoping people here could help. I have my phone connected through the KDE Connect app and all seems to be working fine. The issue I'm having is sending SMS from my computer. I can see all of my messages, sent and received, on my pc, but I can't send new ones from there.
In case someone is still facing the problem, in your phone press on 3 dots icon in the right top corner -> plugin settings -> share and receive -> destination directory and choose the folder you want, that's it, now it should be working. 1. Luckzzz. • 8 mo. ago. IN the plugin (on the KDE CONNECT on PC) put this: /home/USER/Downloads
*ORIGINALLY POSTED ON r/kde. Hi, I've been using KDE Connect for over a year on a Windows platform to manage my Android phone. I regularly use the "Send files" option and from time to time the "Browse device", but this time that I tried to browse my phone there's no response or software been opened on my PC, I installed WinSCP since I saw it was a good recommendation (at that time), it worked zxVtV.
